To service our customers and community in the safest possible manner, we have updated our Covid operational procedures as follows;

Effective Tuesday, May 16th

Our Sales Department – is once again open to walk-in guests, in accordance with provincial regulations we are limiting the number of guests in our showroom to 12 guests at a time. We recommend guests book an appointment before visiting our Sales Showroom to ensure the best possible experience.

We are also happy to be able to offer our guests test drives again! Our test drive vehicles will be thoroughly sanitized before and after every test drive.

Our Service Department - Open to walk-in guests and available by appointment. We recommend that service guests book an appointment before visiting our service department to ensure the best possible experience.

Contactless Service Pick up and Drop Off is available, Contactless Service will limit any contact between you and our staff. Your Vehicle will also be fully sanitized before and after any work is done on the Vehicle.

PARTS DEPARTMENT - Curb side pick up

To help limit the number of customers in our Dealership we are continuing to offer curb side pick up for all parts orders. To order parts please use our OnDemand online service by clicking here and we will arrange curbside pickup in a designated area outside our Dealership’s doors during service hours.

Is your Dealership Open?

Yes! Our Sales Showroom and Service Departments are once again open to the public, but still available by appointment or online.

Do I need an appointment to visit the Dealership for sales or service?

No, you do not! Our Sales and Service Departments are once again open to walk-in guests. We do suggest you still book an appointment for the best experience possible.

Are you currently offering test-drives?

Yes, we are offering our Guests test-drives again.

For Customers who need to defer their existing loan or lease payments Please Read:

Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with this. You will need to contact the financial institution your loan was arranged with when you purchased your vehicle.

For Customers who would like to inquire about lowering their debt load Please Read:

If you are concerned about your ability to make future payments and you would be open to exchanging your current vehicle for one that would provide you a lower monthly payment, please contact our Special Credit Managers at specialcredit@weinscanada.com for preapprovals and support.

 

Enhanced Health & Safety Measures

  • All guest vehicles are outfitted with steering wheel covers and seat protectors prior to maintenance or repair work
  • We have introduced enhanced cleaning protocols, including regular sanitizing of all high traffic areas in our stores
  • We have marked our floors with social distancing guides to ensure all guests and employees keep a distance from one another of at least 2 metres
  • The etiquette of shaking hands upon meeting guests has also been suspended
  • Associates have been instructed to stay home if they have any symptoms, have travelled recently or because of any other extenuating circumstance
