To service our customers and community in the safest possible manner, we have updated our Covid operational procedures as follows;

Effective Monday, February 22nd

In accordance with York Region By-law, all Guests visiting our Dealership will be required to wear a mask or face covering before entering our facility. Complimentary masks will be made available to any customer requiring one. Exceptions to this policy will apply to individuals who are unable to wear a mask or face covering for medical reasons or children under two years of age.

Our Sales Department – will be open to walk-in traffic, in accordance with city regulations. We still encourage our guests to book an appointment. If you would like to book an appointment;

Visit our New or Used Car Inventory page and complete any form like “Confirm availability”, or “Request Information”. Our team will reach out to answer any questions you may have and also schedule your Showroom appointment.

We are also happy to be able to offer our guests test drives again! Our test drive vehicles will be thoroughly sanitized before and after every test drive.

Our Service Department - Our Service Department will be open to customers for in-store servicing without an appointment. We continue to encourage our customers to book an appointment.

Contactless Service Pick up and Drop Off is available, Contactless Service will limit any contact between you and our staff. Your Vehicle will also be fully sanitized before and after any work is done on the Vehicle.

PARTS DEPARTMENT - Curbside and In-Store Pick Up

Our Parts department will be open for in-store pickup, however, to help limit the number of customers in our Dealership we are continuing to offer curbside pick up as an option for all parts orders. To order parts please use our OnDemand online service by clicking here and we will arrange curbside pickup in a designated area outside our Dealership’s doors during service hours.

Must I wear a mask or face covering when visiting the Dealership? 

Yes. In compliance with Toronto City By-Law we are mandating that all guests visiting our Dealership wear a mask or face covering. If, for medical reasons, you are unable to wear one, please contact us prior to your visit so accommodations can be made. If you do not have a mask, we can provide you with one.

Is your Dealership Open?

Yes! Our Sales Showroom and Service/Parts Departments are open! Our Sales, Service and Parts Departments will be open to the general public. We still encourage our guests to book an appointment for Sales or to shop online using Don Valley North Hyundai OnDemand, and to book Service appointments to aid in our efforts to balance capacity. Our Service department will continue to offer contactless Service drop-off and Pickup. Our Parts department will also continue to offer curbside pickup.

For Customers who need to defer their existing loan or lease payments Please Read:

Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with this. You will need to contact the financial institution your loan was arranged with when you purchased your vehicle.

For Customers who would like to inquire about lowering their debt load Please Read:

If you are concerned about your ability to make future payments and you would be open to exchanging your current vehicle for one that would provide you a lower monthly payment, please contact our Special Credit Managers at specialcredit@weinscanada.com for preapprovals and support.

Enhanced Health & Safety Measures

  • All guest vehicles are outfitted with steering wheel covers and seat protectors prior to maintenance or repair work
  • We have introduced enhanced cleaning protocols, including regular sanitizing of all high traffic areas in our stores
  • We have marked our floors with social distancing guides to ensure all guests and employees keep a distance from one another of at least 2 metres
  • The etiquette of shaking hands upon meeting guests has also been suspended
  • Associates have been instructed to stay home if they have any symptoms, have travelled recently or because of any other extenuating circumstance
